Warm, well decorated, welcoming staff Everything well organised and as per the tin

Car park is great but not sure if enough for 1 per room but that’s being picky

The staff are - generally - very relaxed and friendly. Lovely chef who preps wonderful food for the restaurant and the inclusive breakfast menu is extensive and generous. Carpark just across the road very convenient. Very dog friendly and this is the biggest draw for me. Dogs allowed in the restaurant to all meals so never have to shut them in a strange room while I go to eat. The restaurant veranda, garden and sea view are all a real bonus to the experience.

Food can take a while coming even when no one else in, so this extends the sit for dogs and their humans for maybe a bit longer than always necessary. Some rooms better than other for bed comfort. A very long steep walk back to the hotel from the beach!

The staff were very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was the best I've had! The rooms are very spacious apart from the bathroom. However, I wouldn't say that was a negative for the hotel. The parking is also free, and they allowed us to stay a little longer after check out, which was a big bonus for us.

A cosy hotel at the top end of Lyme Regis. A warm welcome from the manager who showed us to our room. A room with views out over the town to the sea, very quiet and comfortable. The restaurant food was very good, with more good views over the town to the sea, and the communal lounge was a cosy place to sit after the meal. We'd happily stay there again.

The room had a chest of drawers but nowhere to hang clothes. We didn't need this but a hook or two to hang wet clothes would have been welcome. Due to the narrowness of the room the single beds were at either end away from each other but we had chosen a cheap room for a single night, so not really an issue.

Beautiful cozy hotel with amazing views, brilliant location! Would definitely stay again.
