Quality breakfast and plenty of it!

The breakfast was decent overall and staff very kid and friendly

Very small and uncomfortable double bed. Stuff that looked to have been broken in the bathroom for a while. No soap in the dispenser.

Beautiful, bright room, characterful. Very clean facilities. Excellent breakfast service and quality. Great location, easy parking facilities.

Excellent value, great staff great location

The hotel is quite small and rather cosy. We received a very friendly welcome from the owner. The room was a good size, pleasantly decorated with good furnishings, and had the added bonus of a terrace. Breakfast was served in a light airy room which felt most welcoming. The breakfast menu offered a good variety of hot dishes and the selection of cereals, juices, etc was more than adequate.

The bed could have been more comfortable. The size of the room would have allowed a larger bed. Why do so many hotels provide rather basic foam pillows, which do not contribute to restful sleep, when there are more comfortable feather-free alternatives?

Room was fine and pretty much the best they could do in an old building. Breakfast okay but have had better. Cereals options very old fashioned. Cooking and presentation fine, but sausage and bacon not great. Staff were particularly good.
