Room was far below expectations, furniture old and in need of repair, bathrooms need updating and serious health and safety risk in bathroom with no cold water source to boiling water in bath and serious slip hazard whilst standing in bath using shower. Breakfast service was painfully slow and food choice inadequate

The bedroom was small, with en suite. The bed was uncomfortable due to springs. The floors were covered in cracked vinyl. The ceiling in the bathroom showed recent mould, with crude attempt to paint over. The toilet seat neither matched nor fitted the toilet. The bath was difficult to access due to height. The sink was not properly fitted onto the base. The walled tiles had remnants of previous fittings, raw plugs etc. the shower fitment was poor. A free standing cupboard was the only piece of furniture, which was splattered with paint. Had to complain about the noise from doors banging shut late into the evening. Overall very poor.

Booked from their web site. Arrived 1/4 hr later. Acceptable room and shower. Happily ate there and had a good breakfast the following morning.

Staff great! Checked in late with a packed dinner and staff member on duty in the bar gave me a dinner plate, ketchup, napkin and cutlery to take to my room. Another of the staff helped take my bags up to me room and yet another member of staff cooked and tasty vege breakfast in the morning!

Room ok but needs to finish the redecorating. Bathroom fine but shower goes hot,cold,hot,cold.....
