Breakfast was excellent and the lady that made was very good too

The bed was very hard so my friend didn't sleep Very well

I never enjoyed our stay the room was an absolute disgrace .

the beds need to go to the skip the carpets along with them the note on the bathroon window do not open because broken needs fixed, it was a poor show come on bathgate you can do better, breakfast time. the lady was busy cleaning when we came down asked what we would like we both said poached eggs her reply was I hate doing them but I will try the eggs came and were lovely that was the only nice thing about our stay.

Friendly staff - greeted and made to feel welcome when checking in late Staff on duty at breakfast welcomed you with a smile! Great breakfast

Some conversation coming through the wall from the office next to my room when trying to get off to sleep at about 1100 which was distracting
