Edelweiss Hotel

As the Shino lift was closed due to lack of snow it was a bit a walk to the lifts, but not too far. The room was very well heated. I had dinner in the hotel three times and every time the meal was absolutely delicious. Thanks to chef. Was also great value. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my stay

The location is near the main road. The staff were friendly.

No elevator. The room was on the 4th floor and it was tiring to walk up the stairs at an altitude above 2000m. The whole building is in need of renovation.The food was ok but nothing fancy. The wooden room number keychain was wet and smelly. Stinky bathroom. The power went out in the middle of the night together with the central heating and so it was cold and dark the whole night. Hated every second of the experience.

No lift, in future they should have lift for 4 persons. carrring the luggage to the top floors is very tough.

Dated hotel. Steep stairs. No elevators. Poor upkeep of the decor as well as rooms. Avoid if you can

Shino lift açık olsaydı, tek güzel yanı yakın olması olabilirdi ama lift kapalıydı. Kahvaltı fena degildi odanın ısısı iyiydi

Temizlik neredeyse hiç yoktu. 4 gün konakladık odamız hiç temizlenmedi. Yatak çarşaflarımizda ve havluda leke vardı, değişim istedik ama hiç bir aksiyon alınmadı. WC kötüydü, duş teknesi kırıktı. Yatakların bir tarafı çökmüştü. Biraz tadilat görmesi gerekiyor..Otelin merdivenleri hep çamurluydu ve 4. Günün sonunda temiz gördük.lobideki sehpa toz içindeydi.Personel ilgili miydi emin değilim, yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar ama çok umursamaz tavırları da vardı.
