We were very warm welcomed and had a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed the hospitality, very clean rooms and exceptional breakfast.

Clean with hot water for showers and very comfortable beds. Good location in Ninotsminda with parking around back, shops and restaurants very close. Good wifi.

Call 5 minutes ahead to meet someone for checkin. Not a problem, just an fyi.

Spacious and clean room, host was very welcoming and recommended great restaurant nearby.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room ws quite comfortable. It is a good location when you come from Armenia and want to visit Vardzia. Hotel can organise a taxi for you. Drive to the border is also very beautiful.
