It looked like a new place, with very clean rooms, comfortable beds and great showers. The hosts are very nice and nearby there is a restaurant where they will prepare some tasty food for you (no menu, you will have to talk to them about your preferences) Good for a short stay on the way to somewhere, since there is not much to see around.

As I requested before arriving I was given a quiet lower floor room, bu see below

1. I did not having to spend significant time time arguing to get what i had requested well in advance, namely a quiet lower floor. The young man assistant helping his mother? who seemed the really be in change, kept insisting, repeatedly that I should cancel my Booking reservation because they had put me in an upper floor room when I was going to take ground floor room. Even the older woman told him that I was correct and he was mistaken, but he kept telling me and showing me my reservation and his "proof" in Google Translate what he wanted me to do and why. After several minutes of arguing he finally relented after looking at my request in booking for the second or third time! The woman was quite patient wit the pushy young man. 2. The enclosed garage in the same building is a very secure place for motorcycles and is to be greatly appreciated. Before storing my motorcycle in the garage, I agreed to have it unlocked for me to leave the next morning at 9 a.m, but needed to go to buy compulsory motorcycle insurance and that would return immediately thereafter. Upon my return, the young man opened the garage door. Because I had realized that I had a Booking.com reservation the next day in Erzincan, where I am now, that I would need to leave earlier for the 8 hour trip plus 1-2 hours for the Georgia to Türkiye border formalities. Therefore I told the young man that he needed to open the garage at 8 a.m., not 9 a.m. Not only did I translate this, I showed it to him on two hands; a whole hand with five fingers, and the other with the middle 3 fingers. I did this before entering the garage and again as he was locking it. He agreed both times. At just before 8 a.m. I was packed and standing at the garage door. At 8:10 a.m. I called the number on the rolling marqui that lists the Hotel name and phone number, but no answer. A resident of a next door paint store answered my knock, came out and subsequently called the woman who arrived at about 8:40 a.m.

Comfortable and clean place to rest after long hours on the road. Excellent wifi.

Full equipment kitchen near sleeping rooms.

High humidity in a wooden house with 3 beds. Small rooms. Shower without curtain and close to the toilet. After showering, everything was wet.

Room is very spacious with a good bed, tv, towels and it even has a kettle and an mini fridge. Friendly helpful owners. There is a common kitchen downstairs that you can use.
