The hosts are very nice, the restaurant was great for spending the evening, the view is great, and the heating worked well.

Clean room, good breakfast, exceptional view on mountains

This is a quite pretty house on the hill with a lovely view of the mountain Kazbek. The house feels fairly new and the rooms are clean. The girl who worked there was very friendly, smiley, and welcoming, which we really appreciated.

The bed on my partner’s side was already quite worn and not very comfortable. The breakfast is served from 9:00, which can be inconvenient if you want to go trekking or need to leave earlier. Considering it is one of the more expensive accommodations we stayed in, the value without breakfast doesn’t feel very good. The breakfast itself was not great.
