Скрипучая кровать, еда в ресторане на заказ (оджахури, маленькие 2 куска курицы были на кости почти без мяса, сплошная сухая картошка, без перца и лука, хачапури очень маслянистый)

Вид из окна и с террасы отеля на горы волшебный. Симпатичный дизайн интерьера. Большое количества шкафов и полок. В ресторане отеля хорошо готовят.

Очень жесткая кровать, просто деревянная. Двери скрипят. Очень не хватало мусорной корзины в комнате, неудобно каждый раз бегать выбрасывать мусор в ванную комнату. Ужасная подъездная дорога. Не было москитной сетки на окне.

Location was great and the views were beautiful, though it’s hard not to get a good view from any hotel in the area. The service was friendly and the breakfast was reasonable.

The rooms very basic, there was no kettle, fridge, air con or even a bottle of water like most hotels offer. Breakfast started from 9am which is late for anyone wanting to set off early for hikes etc.

I was late for the breakfast, but they gave me. Thank them for it!

- defekte Badausstattung (Klodeckel war ab, Duschtür ging nicht zu, aus dem Abfluss kam Wasser), insgesamt nicht sehr sauber - Frühstück nicht frisch zubereitet - Personal viel am Handy, man hatte wenig den Eindruck willkommen zu sein

The hotel offers absolutely stunning views over the Kazbegi mountains and Gergeti church – the terrace alone makes the stay worthwhile. It’s a little uphill from the city center, but that’s the price you pay for those incredible views. The rooms are comfortable, with decent beds, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was simple and plain, without much variety (for example, no juice), but enough to start the day. Free parking is also a big plus. The staff were very helpful and available for anything you needed – the girl working there was especially kind and welcoming. Overall, a cozy stay with unforgettable views!
