3 Rooms Hotel

First of all, the hotel is located in a very central position, close by everything, especially the Parliament and the Museums! Nino, the director of the hotel, was such a sweetheart and she always managed to help us if we needed. The hotel provides a kitchen and a washing machine, which is very helpful.

The bathroom was a bit stinky and the drying rack was a little small.

Good location - 10 minutes from Liberty square but located in quiet street, so nothing bothers you. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, looking nice, beds are comfortable and it’s so warm in a room (you can turn on air conditioner)! Admistrator Nino is not at the spot but very attentive and welcoming, she usually arrived in couple minutes after request. I liked that it felt safe and was worth in terms of quality/price

Miscommunication in the process - I messaged at Booking and we agreed I can pay in cash in the morning because I arrived late and didn’t yet exchanged money (I stayed for 2 nights) but administrator demanded still to pay at the spot despite showing the message that we agreed I can pay next day in gel. You can pay only in cash in gel, no card payments. Also property is located between ground and basement levels, so in window you can see passersby on a street

Very friendly staff and amazing cozy place.
