Location was perfect , the owner was so helpful and polite !Everything was amazing!

I recently stayed at 3 Rooms Hotel in Tbilisi and was impressed by its unbeatable location and outstanding value for money. Situated in the heart of Tbilisi, the hotel allowed easy access to attractions and amenities. Despite its prime location, the rates were surprisingly affordable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, while the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend 3 Rooms Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi on a budget.

- Hospitality: Nino is such a great administrator, she goes the extra mile to make sure guests feel welcomed and at home. - Location: Within walking distance (3 to 5 min) from Rustaveli avenue (however it is an uphill walk, but this is common for most of Tbilisi hotels because of the city geography). - Rooms are very spacious. - Comfortable and clean. Recommended, would stay here again.

- Can benefit from few touch up (few areas of water damaged walls especially in room 1 with moist smell). - Central heating (the temperature was higher than our preference in room 1). - Can benefit from a deeper cleaning of the rooms (example: floor of shower of room 1). h However, the overall impression is that this hotel is clean and within standards. - No breakfast option (however since this hotel is centrally located; it was not a problem)
