Everything was great. Room with balcony, big cozy bed, TV, table with cups, tea/coffee and sugar, clean bathroom and amazing view to Cminda Sameba and Kazbek mountain. There is also a dining room with tasty food. Miss owner and staff are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place to stay in Stepancminda.

Breakfast and dinner are available on site but must be requested ahead of time. The food is wonderful! If you would like to try delicious homemade Georgian food, I highly recommend. The views from the hotel are incredible.

Location was really good. Direct view of Mount Kazbegi with a lovely patio/terrace to sit on both first and second floors. Breakfast is good but gets repetitive if you stay longer. All meals including breakfast are payable.

Staff keeps switching between their two guesthouses and hence are not always accessible or accommodating. Communication will be an issue for English speakers. Planning or informing guests about breakfast/lunch etc is poor with no clarity. Our hosts conducted a lunch for two non-staying big groups during our stay. Since we couldn't go out due to rain that day, we asked them to arrange lunch for us but received a negligent response from them citing business. Finally they arranged lunch for us at 3:30-4 pm after other guests had stayed. The shocking part was that after eating while keeping dishes we saw them putting our half eaten food back in trays, and thus we realized that they had served us leftovers from other guests' plates which is downright disgusting. No assistance in taking the guests form the center to the hotel or even take the luggage to rooms.

The host was truly amazing. After a long hike, she whipped up a whole meal for me for free, and was just generally incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at the same place if I ever go back to Kazbegi.
