Acron Villas Paros

The staff is very kind, and try to do their best to help.

While we appreciated the beautiful location, friendly staff, and responsive communication, our stay at Acron Villas unfortunately fell short of expectations given the price ($5,300 USD) for a 5 night stay. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong mold odor in the basement, which raised concerns for our guest staying downstairs and their baby. The air conditioning units in the lower rooms were not functioning and required repairs. In addition, our daily requests for water were not always met — one day we received no response at all. We also found visible mold/mildew on the towel hanger in the downstairs bathroom (queen bedroom), and the kitchen was missing basic pots and pans that were listed in the amenities. While we appreciated that the staff addressed most issues when asked, small but important details, such as the crib and bedding arriving dirty (which they did fix by purchasing a new crib because they could seem to find clean bedding) detracted from the overall experience. We know we were not alone in our concerns, as other guests in nearby villas shared similar frustrations. Because of these issues, we were not able to fully enjoy or use the property as advertised. The online photos are not entirely accurate, and the property’s remote location makes having a rental car essential. For the price, there are many nicer and more convenient villas in Paros that offer a higher standard of comfort and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this stay did not represent good value for the money, and we hope management will address these issues for future guests.

When we arrived to the villas, we were greeted with a smile from Maria. They were very nice to upgrade our villa because of our honeymoon which was fantastic.

There is nothing not to like

Beautiful setting. Loved the outdoor space with the private pool .

There was nothing I didn’t like but it would have been great if there were a couple of chairs on the upper deck off the main bedroom. It has such a beautiful view would have loved to have my morning coffee sitting up there

Villa hosts lovely and very helpful. Villa gorgeous, pool wonderful.

The view was amazing, the villa very comfortable and the staff very attentive

The cleaning hours didn’t match our babies schedules but that’s not really their fault so basically no problems

Πολυ ομορφο σπιτι το οποιο ομως χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση και πολυ καθαριοτητα! Τα περισσοτερα επιπλα μεσα ειναι φθαρμενα (απο το φουρνο, τις πορτες, τα καλύμματα των καναπεδων και μαξιλαριών εξωτερικών χωρων). Το προσωπικο ηταν ευγενέστατο και προσπάθησε να ικανοποιήσει ολας μας τα αιτηματα αμεσα.

Πολυ βρωμικο και καποια σημεία του σπιτιου δεν ειχαν καθαριστει καθολου απο τοὺς προηγούμενους (τα τραπεζια και ο φουρνος ειχαν υπολοιματα φαγητου), το μπανιο ειχε τριχες απο το ξύρισμα του προηγούμενου (δεν περαστικε ουτε με απλο πανακι), τα καλύμματα ηταν τοσο βρωμικα δεν μπορουσες να τα ακουμπήσεις. Δεν δικαιολογει το κόστος διαμονής σε καμια περιπτωση.

Easy on the eye with beautiful views and modern build villas. Staff were very friendly responsive to solving issues or making recommendations. Definitely need own transport and worth it for the views and proximity to so many great things to do close by.

Villa didn’t feel like it was super clean, housekeeping every 2nd day (arrived at 5pm one day), Old TV and WiFi not conducive to streaming. Villas were short of some utensils etc. Living areas not very functional and 2 rooms downstairs felt a bit like basement units.
