Fantastic service fantastic experience the concierge’s coordinated everything for us, including all of our reservations for dinner. It couldn’t have been more accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff and service! I would totally recommend to anyone who wants to go to Mykonos! Thanks to: Chara, George, Elizabeth, Petros, Chris, Iris for the warm welcoming. And also, the restaurant staff are amazing.

Let’s start with what was good. Spectacular views! Great location we walked to and from town daily for lunch and dinners! The hotel food was mediocre, the service left A TON to be desired. When you ask the concierge to make a reservation sometimes they do and sometimes they send you a link for you to do it. When you ask for transport sometimes you get it and sometimes you don’t. They never mention that uber is an option too. When you sit at the pool prepare to watch the staff watch you but do nothing. If you want a drink or something you will walk by the server go to the bar and get it yourself. The couples massage booked for two hours two days AHEAD so you can enjoy the ONLY hot tub on the premises after- your asked to leave for next client and 80 min!!!!!!! A lot of sorry all day with a smile. You want lunch before lunch- NO You want breakfast five minutes late- NO There was cat poop on my porch my whole stay. Water in the room was not replaced. The room: mediocre looks like ikea. There’s no plug in the bathroom so you can’t blow dry you hair in front of a mirror- who designed this room???? The lighting is terrible for makeup application. Always dim. You can hear all your neighbors The gym: tiny one working treadmill one not another sorry with a smile one bench one machine for push pull nothing for legs. Terrible gym it’s mustie dirty no windows like a dungeon.

The Bill & Coo Suites is our favorite hotel in the world. The facilities and accommodations are always well taken care of a spotless, but what set this place apart is the world class service provided by the staff. The pool side breakfast and bar service is the highlight us. Easy walk to town if you want to get out.

Wow what can we say about both the property and the service at Bill & Coos Mykonos. From the moment we arrived they could not have been more hospitable. Whether it was helping with transfers, recommendations, reservations, or room service they were prompt, knowledgeable, and above all else friendly. The hotel sits high above the sea with the most scenic views and sunsets you could ever ask for. Our room came with a lap pool and lounge chairs and if you can’t swing it I highly recommend. The family got together with us most days for a snack, cocktail, and swim. Otherwise the base rooms are all great and come with beautiful views and I believe terraces as well. We had an absolutely amazing time at this wonderful hotel and recommend it on your next trip to Mykonos without the slightest hesitation. Thank you to the staff for making it such a special stay!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! From the minute we arrived to our departure the staff made sure we are well taken care of. Very professional and yet super friendly staff. Upon departure my daughter left her designer backpack at the port, the hotel staff arranged a driver to look for it and bring it back to the hotel. Overall, front desk staff was amazing and made our stay so much more pleasant and enjoyable. Will recommend to family and friends to stay there for an amazing experience.
