overall experience and location was amazing. we switched hotels to you i. the middle of the trip, and it was the best choice we could ever make. thank you. food and service and location were a 10. only item I would add is maybe have a shuttle service between town and the hotel. the ubers are too expensive and the walk too long. it would really complete the experience.

This hotel was very special. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff and everything about the hotel felt 5 star. It was a pristine yet welcoming hotel. Modern and contemporary but not cold. The rooms were well appointed, spacious and included thoughtful items such as sun hats, lots of extra towels, robes and bathroom amenities. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar was a great touch!

We have stayed at some excellent hotels over the years, but this was one of the best ever. The hotel itself is stunning, and the accommodations are top notch. The pool is terrific, and the food is excellent. The service is among the best you will ever find at a hotel, with a staff that is the best we have ever encountered. This hotel should be the top of your list in Mykonos, and you will be happy you stayed here!

This hotel is very deceiving. They advertise having a car fleet for their guest but what they fail to mention to you is there is a flat fee of 36 euros to go anywhere and then there is an additional charge. For example, we wanted to go to dinner in town tonight and they wanted to charge us 50 euros, one way. That would be 100 euros round trip for less than a half a mile, that is ridiculous. When I tried explaining that to the hotel’s general manager she said “that is the Greek way.” When would have never chosen this hotel if we knew that going to and from the hotel would be 100 euros round trip. The rooms where also smaller then we thought and the plunge pools are tinny. Definitely not worth the money

We had the pleasure of staying at both Bill & Coo Coast and Bill & Coo Suites. Both experiences were absolutely exceptional. The service truly stood out, something you don’t come by at every hotels. The staff took the time to get to know us, remembered our preferences, offered amazing recommendations, and constantly anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Each property has its own unique charm. Bill & Coo Coast is peaceful and serene, perfect if you’re looking to relax with minimal noise and a bit of distance from the buzz of town. Meanwhile, Bill & Coo Suites offers a livelier atmosphere and is just a short 10-minute walk to Mykonos Town. The views and sunsets from the Lounge & Suites property are absolutely breathtaking. We feel SO lucky we got to experience both locations uniqueness and charm. Highly, highly recommend both properties. we’d come back in a heartbeat.

An all adults hotel. Private. Great service. Amazing rooms. Super staff and service. One of the top places to stay in Mykonos. Close to Mykonos town, Zuma and a 15-20 min ride to scorpios and ALEMAGOU. Only drawback is that there is no spa on the property and you’ll have to go to their sister hotel for steam / sauna / spa treatments. This is a 5-7 min drive from the hotel and they offer round trip complimentary services for the transportation

Breakfast was good. Staff were amazing. We were upgraded with no extra cost. Great location, quiet and private.

The quality of the facilities and staff was excellent. The whole team could not do enough to make our staff comfortable and enjoyable

I was concerned about the location before we stayed at the hotel. But this concern was quickly dropped due to the facilities, staff, proximity to beach and complimentary transfer to the town.
