Heritage Hotel Frankopan

Town centre location, free public parking behind hotel, but first come, first served. Wifi worked very well. Staff were helpful.

Shower tile joints and shower cabinet mouldy; needs urgent cleaning. Reception was informed. Toilet bowl also needs cleaning. Breakfast buffet dismal. It’s season end, better to revert to ordering breakfast from a menu.

Good place for rest during trip and nice place for tourism. The best hotel in town. I recommend to visit this very small town.

I guess in the evening the parking would be maybe worse. The parking lot is not big.

the room was quite near the street and curtains did not block sound or light.

The bathroom was clean, but the tile needs to be deep cleaned in spots.

The rooms were clean and the location of the hotel is very nice.

We booked the acommodation after having a big highway accident nearby (some people from the group moving from and to the hospital from the hotel etc.). We asked for some changes with the rooms as our situation was changing rapidly, however nothing was possible. On one hand I understand the hotel that they don't want to make changes last minute, however, I would rate it a lot better if they would at least try to be helpful to their guests in such complicated situation.
