Heritage Hotel Frankopan

A reasonably priced hotel that offers very basic services. Very basic breakfast. Staff was.very friendly and helpful, though.

In my opinion the hotel should be classified as 3-star because a 4-star creates a different expectancy.

Sympatic employees in both hotel and restaurant.

Noise from outside: every 15 min bells from church through whole night, sometime loud sound of traffic. Missing cordless kettle in the room.

You can't book a cheaper room without breakfast included. The bikes that are available for rent are kept in poor condition, rather dusty, and there appears to have been only three of them, so selection is EXTREMELY limited, which is rather lame for the number of bike paths in that area. I'd expect more from a 4-star hotel.

Nice and comfortable hotel in centre of Ogulin. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. Bathroom was also spacious and equipped with all amenities. Parking is near the hotel, just few steps from the hotel.

Great and cozy place, great staff and awesome food. Try the pancakes!
