The staff is very friendly and polite.

Could use a little bit of upgrade. It’s far from 4 star hotel - more like 2+.

Location is percfect and the hotel has a parking lot behind the building. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was extremely clean, and for breakfast they offered a lot of things.

On the hottest day of the year air condition was not working in the hotel. Opening the window did not help much, also because it opens to a busy road where cars and trucks ran all night. The style and furniture is quite oldschool. We got a discount because of the air condition and I would say the service is perfect, but we hardly could get any sleep and on a long road trip this was very inconvenient.

Unfortunately this Hotel is more a 2 than a 4 stars. Room is outdated (al least the one we stayed in) with a lack of maintenance, bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, shower door broken and hanging behind the bathroom door, bathroom exhauster covered in dust, opened amenities in the bathroom. To complete our stay with a “golden star”, the AC was not cooling/functioning (during heatwave) and the manager pretended they would call someone to fix it after hours. The only tombs up is for our waitress at the restaurant and the girl at reception (even though we had to ask twice for a fan) who tried to compensate our sleepless night no charging the dog fee.
