Hotel Istra

Good location, very central, easy walking distance to sights and train station. Staff were really nice, air conditioning worked brilliantly. The key fob access after hours was great. The bed was very comfortable, I slept really well. Bathroom was clean and tiled everywhere. Fridge was really useful.

Plug sockets were a bit suspect for charging - not well installed to the wall. One wouldn't work. Another was used for the fridge, had to unplug the light next to the bed to charge phone. Couldn't stand to shower.

Clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. Staff really helpful and friendly, hotel was decorated to a modern and stylish fashion. Bed was comfortable.

It isn't well signposted and the door is locked so you have to ring a bell or knock to gain access and check in. Staff member failed to tell us about the parking restrictions outside and we got a ticket. Finally, advertised as having a bar but didn't.

Location is great.

The air condition did not work in the room. It was really hot. The lady at the reception was nice at the end but at the arrival we had a feeling that she wasn’t too happy for us.
