Quite clean, although old room. Helpful staff, but there were more minuses

I booked a deluxe room with 2 separate beds, but we were given simple room with 1 bed. I discussed this with the manager in advance and they promised to provide me with the required number. I had to request a room according to the reservation. But the staff did not speak English, it took a long time to get what we needed. Using a Google translator. Breakfast was also difficult. I was trying to understand what we could have for breakfast, included in the price. For about 10 minutes they told me through a Google translator that I could order any dish from menu for breakfast. When I ordered, it turned out that half of the dishes were not available for the breakfast included. But I asked about that in advance! As a result, we lost a lot of time due to misunderstanding in language.

Довольно чистый номер, услужливый персонал, но минусов больше...

Персонал не говорит по-английски. Это очень неудобно. Только один менеджер говорил, но он не всегда был на месте. Постель чистая, но видно, что старая. И главное: вместо оплаченного номера с 2 отдельными кроватями для 3 человек, нам предоставили номер с 1 кроватью для 2 человек, т.к. нас было двое. Тут и моя вина, что не проверила бронирование и не потребовала это исправить. Слишком устали и легли спать. И только ночью я вспомнила, что бронировала 2 отдельные кровати. Они наверное увидели, что нас двое и решили, что хватит и другого номера...

Staff seemed helpful. Adjoining restaurant allows for room service. I stayed 12 hours in Delhi as a stopover on the way to UK and this property was fine for that amount of time

Thin walls, not soundproof. Very difficult to find property as where it is located is in an area very congested with many little side streets and alleys (Taxi driver very annoyed at having to find place). Payment in cash only
