Vieille climatisation, chambre sans fenêtre alors que sur booking il y avait écrit vue sur la ville La bouilloire pour le thé sans câble , pas de verre dans la chambre - faut passer par le garage pour aller dans le couloir des chambres-

Management friendly and approachable resolved any issues that arose.

Staff at handover of shifts were unprofessional and were arguing and insulting each other instead of being a team. There is no "I" in team. The credit should go to the whole team not the individual. RESPECT and professionalism is part of hotelier and servicing enterprise.

Nothing about the property it’s actually inside narrow alley no proper space for parking

The room cost which showed on booking.com was 2.5k but the hotel manager tooked 3.5k for the room saying that their is no booking and our rates are fix. No drinking water in the room I parked my car on the road
