The hotel is in walkable distance to half of the happening places in Rishikesh. It is covered with amazing cafes within 10 min walks. The ambience and room is very good. The service and cleaning was also very good. The breakfast and food is also okay but could be better. Overall, perfect place to stay to explore Rishikesh.

Good location. quiet, nice, clean rooms, actual hotel (not too popular around here)

Sheets were stained even after change. Some staff people don’t understand English as they claim, which can be problematic with requests.

Have stayed here before, it was a terrible experience- propert has deteriorated a lot because of no maintenance

Service- Deepak at the front desk was outright ride, highlighted seepage issues- and he was upfront and commented ‘this is what it is, you can take your refund and go’- We literally took it and stayed at the next door property only because of his behaviour.

Thoughtful small gestures provided in the bathroom! There’s a clothesline for drying wet clothes (after rafting mostly) antiskid mat provided for elderly in the bath area. The dining area and outdoor garden seating is very well made!

Staff is lesser to bring your luggage. They sent one man for getting bags of 6 people
