Not crowded.

Staff was very unhelpful. They stopped taking dinner order at 9.30pm. not even basic Daal chawal. During check in they said last order punch in will be 10.30pm. Location in app is misleading. It a very narrow lane. At 11.45am we were given a deadline of checking out at 12.30, else the half day Price would be charged. Even in making them understand that people are stuck in rafting due to traffic ..we were literally forced to check out. Even though a new check in happens at 2pm. Not friendly for female solo travelers.

Friendly a d helpful staff

I was told that i would get a packed breakfast in the morning . but later on find out that there was a communication gap between the front desk and kitchen. when reminded about it in the evening , they refused to do anything about it. They were completely unapologetic . Maybe thats the normal way for them !!!

Room was not ready . The luggage was kept in the lobby unattended ( almost )as i had arrived slightly earlier than the checkin time of 2.00 pm. The least they could do was to atleast offer a glass of water.

Our number has cracked paint on walls, stains from water leaking.

The staff on reception was very unfriendly, offered breakfast on a twice higher price than on website. Very noise air conditioning are something else
