Super friendly staff, always interested in your wellbeing. Nice and cozy rooms, tasty breakfast. All in all a place to recommend!

The property was very nice and well located, with a good breakfast and very friendly staff. The price felt fair to slightly expensive, but overall, my friend and I had a good stay

Unfortunately, I had a scooter accident during my stay, which limited my mobility and required rest. While the owner acknowledged it, the response lacked genuine empathy. There was more focus on concerns about potentially stained sheets (which were fine) and repeated messages about a laundry bag I accidentally took, than on my wellbeing. I do appreciate being allowed a late check-out, but overall, the experience felt a bit impersonal given the circumstances and the seriousness of my accident

I can only recommend Naia! We stayed here for three nights and loved it. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, everytime we came "home" after a day trip we were welcomed back, asked how our day was, if we needed anything they could help us with... Staying here wasn't just like staying in a hotel, it was a whole experience! We LOVED the street food tour - so delicious and fun and Agus shared his stories and knowledge with us. If you can, stay on a Wednesday night as there s live music here and the band is seriously good and so much fun! The rooms are super cute as well with a lot of detail. As there are just six rooms and a big table for breakfast we got to chat with other guests and it felt like a lovely little community which we really enjoyed. The team also helped us with organising a driver, finding the best restaurants, ... I could go on and on! Thank you so much for everything, @ Marlis & Agus and the team :)

The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. Any nighttime noise mentioned in other reviews was not noticed at all. I found the staff to be very kind and accommodating, they were always willing to help when I had a last minute change of plans.

Soggiornare al Naja Lombok è un'esperienza che va oltre una semplice vacanza. È una vera oasi di pace, dove la bellezza della struttura, curata in ogni dettaglio, si fonde con un'atmosfera di totale relax. La mia camera era impeccabile, spaziosa e con tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa. Ma ciò che rende questo posto davvero indimenticabile è il suo personale. Tutti sono di una cordialità e professionalità rare. Un ringraziamento immenso e speciale va ad Agus: con la sua incredibile disponibilità, i suoi preziosi consigli e il suo sorriso costante, ha reso la mia permanenza perfetta. Mi ha aiutato in ogni mia richiesta, facendomi sentire non un semplice ospite, ma un amico. Consiglio il Naja Lombok a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza autentica, umana e rilassante. Io non vedo l'ora di poter tornare!

Sehr zentral gelegene, wunderschöne Unterkunft. Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, sehr interessiert, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, es gibt auch Overnight Oats :) Die Zimmer sind liebevoll gestaltet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch die Außenbereiche sind wirklich schön. Es ist insgesamt ein recht kleines Hotel, sodass man schnell die anderen Gäste kennenlernt, somit auch als Alleinreisender sehr zu empfehlen. Abends gibt es häufig Live-Musik. Durch die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße ist es sehr zentral, allerdings im Außenbereich etwas laut. Die Zimmer sind aber sehr gut isoliert, auch die nahegelegene Moschee hat mich morgens dadurch nicht geweckt. Ich habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt, sehr zu empfehlen :)

Organizzazione pessima della struttura. Ogni nuovo ospite deve subire all’ingresso 30 minuti di presentazione power point riguardo la struttura. Frequenti chiamate in stanza per svariati futili motivi a ogni ora del giorno o anche in serata. Tempi molto lunghi per tutto (colazione, noleggio motorino ecc). Prezzo molto alto per la qualità

Attention to detail of the team is amazing! I booked for 2 nights, and extended for extra 2 nights. Perfect location, right in the center of Kuta. Great breakfast! Pick up from Airport and Scooter rental, all organized bei Naia Team.
