Staff incroyable de gentillesse L’hôtel est récent, belle déco Chambre plutôt grande, très confortable et propre Literie très agréable Wifi correct Parfaitement situé pour profiter des bars et resto Service de location de scooter proposé par l’hotel Nous y sommes allés pendant une soirée d’anniversaire de l’hôtel, l’ambiance était top ! On y retournera avec plaisir !

L’hôtel est très joliment décoré, propre et tout est organisé de façon à ce que l’on se sente bien. L’équipe est adorable et on se sent rapidement chez soi. Très central, on accède à tous les restos et activités à pieds. Et pour n’importe quel besoin l’équipe est là pour vous aider. Je reviendrai sans hésiter

Very well located in Kuta. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and super clean, but what really made our stay in NAIA is the lovely staff. Im, Isa and Dewy provided us with a delicious breakfast every morning. Henry, Sugi and Lana made sure that happy hour was cozy everyday and Agus taught us a lot about the culture on Lombok, which we really enjoyed. It really felt like a home away from home, we can’t wait to be back. A must stay in Kuta! Make sure to stay on a Wednesday or Friday, the live music is great!
