The kindness of the staff

The noise of the busy street adjacent to the accommodation was a bit loud at times, but luckily there's nothing of that when you're in your room :).

THE STAFF. Absolutely incredible, I’ve never stayed somewhere that has treated me so nicely. We had to leave early in the morning to the airport so they made us to go breakfast pots and left it in the fridge for us to grab as we would’ve missed the breakfast timing slots. you can really tell they care about you here. Everything was so clean, the pool is beautiful. I was a bit sceptical by how good the reviews were but there’s a reason why everyone has nothing bad to say. The location is really good (Kuta strip). They also emailed before the stay explaining about noise in the area and how they would understand if we wanted to change location. Really thoughtful in my opinion. I wish everyone the very best here, beautiful people and stay.

Our room smelt a little damp but I think that just comes hand in hand with places with this humidity!!

We stayed 7 nights and could stay 7 more. The breakfast was great. The staff did everything to make sure it was delicious. The rooms were very clean and the staff wanted to make sure you had the best time in Lombok. We would definitely want to come back. Special thanks to Dewi !!

Cozy and friendly, on the main street in Kuta! Staff was very interested in us having a good stay and tried to help with everything!

A bit disappointed that our room was in a darker corner in front of the massage bed. On the pictures it seemed more bright. We had issues with dampness/mold in one room, but the staff seemed more mad than sorry about that. Would have loved more understanding, but after that incident everything was very nice.

central location. lots of restaurants close to the hotel. easy walking distance to the beach. the staff were friendly and Enza who made our breakfast daily was delightful.

the central location also has a down side with location being right on the main road, However when you are in your room we didn't notice it. Rooms are very basic but functional. Tthe beds are a little firm for our liking.

What truly stands out is the incredibly warm and familial atmosphere created by the entire staff — it’s honestly beautiful to witness how close and genuine everyone is. You can feel that they truly care, not just about the guests, but about each other as well. The team is extremely attentive and flexible — extending my stay by an extra day was completely effortless. There’s a real sense that everything here is done with the goal of making guests feel comfortable and at home. Cleanliness-wise, this was one of the best places I stayed at during my entire Indonesia trip. Everything is spotless, and you can tell that a lot of love and attention has gone into every detail of the design and interior — there’s so much heart in this place. And the breakfast? Absolutely the best. I genuinely loved every moment here and would come back anytime.

I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. The location was perfect the facilities were great but the staff are what made my stay so enjoyable they were amazing! If I ever come back to Lombok i will be staying here again

O Naia Hotel foi o melhor hotel em toda a minha viagem pela Indonésia. Primeiro a bebida de boas vindas, assim como uma toalha fria para relaxar! Toda a Team sempre super atenciosa! Em todos os pequenos detalhes! Fizemos um pequeno Street Food Safari, pequeno porque a chuva não deixou fazer mais. O chocolate à noite, antes de ir dormir foi um detalhe muito especial! O quarto estava muito bem decorado, as toalhas têm um cheiro fantástico! E também estão artigos de higiene pessoal disponíveis! Partilhar a mesa com outros convidados do hotel ao pequeno-almoço foi maravilhoso, parecíamos uma família!
