Naia Hotel Kuta Lombok

We loved this hotel! Very cute setting, decoration, the staff is super nice. The room was decorated by my taste, it was comfortable, the breakfast was exceptionally good - like at a brunch. The location is also top, it is close to the beach, the restaurants and bars.

El trato del personal, nos acompañaron en todo momento, y fueron de gran ayuda. Los desayunos son buenísimo y con mucha variedad a elegir. Nos limpiaron la habitación todos los días. También organizan packs de turismo , que están súper bien. Nosotros contratamos uno, y fue un espectáculo.

No es su culpa, pero el hotel está al lado de una mezquita, aunque el hotel proporciona tapones para los oídos, el sonido es muy alto y te despierta en las madrugadas con los rezos.

Das ganze Team strahlt eine unfassbare Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit aus, ist aber dabei ehrlich und authentisch. Wir haben zusätzlich zum Team viele andere Reisende kennengelernt und die kleine gemütliche Frühstücksrunde trägt dazu bei, dass man automatisch ins Gespräch kommt. Von Ausflügen, bis Rollermiete, über abendliche Spiele, der Streetfoodtour, dem Kochkurs bis hin zur Organisation von Transporten ist alles dabei. Danke für einen so wunderbaren Aufenthalt und den tollen Einblick in das Leben auf Lombok. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Laura & Markus

If you are thinking about booking Naia for your stay in Kuta - do it! We stayed here for one week while mainly surfing in Kuta and it was perfect. We highly recommend it because - the team was really lovely and so caring. Always there for a good chat, helping with organizing the ways around and also renting a well functioning scooter - very kind people! 🥰 - the room was modern and clean with everything you need including water bottler for refill, AC, comfy bed and pillows - the breakfast included is amazing, you have 5(?!) choices that the team asks you to make one night before the breakfast. We mainly took the eggs on sourdough bread. Bread was so good! And the avocado cream as well. Also the overnight oats and pancakes really good 👍🏻 you can get a tea or coffee with it. It’s served from 8-09:30 - it’s located in the heart of Kuta, so if you only want to stay there, everything is in walking distance… cafes, bars, ATM, supermarket, stores etc. - that means it’s also a quite lively atmosphere and quite noisy but first of all that’s the price you pay to be so centrally and second of all it was still okay in the rooms (also be aware that the mosque is right next door) - they even have a small pool, as we were mainly at beaches we didn’t use it, but it looked clean - you can get your laundry done through Naia as well - they offer a streetfood tour once a week to try out some local street food dishes and first we were a bit sceptic but it was so wonderful! We would have never tried some things without having someone local showing it to us and as Europeans, we were scared to get Bali Belly but with the confirmation of the Hotel, we were more convinced to try it out and in the end all good and wow, Martabak so tasty!!! Summing up: book your stay here and you will not be disappointed :) keep going team Naia, great team & stay. Thank you.

Sometimes there was a bit of a smell after showering in the bathroom but after putting some scent stick, it was fine.

Prima kleinschalig hotel. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je zit gelijk op een van de hoofdstraten zonder dat je er last van hebt.

Kamer is vrij klein en de badkamer is erg basic.

Le lieu, le personnel adorable.

Les odeurs dans la salle de bain, mais ce n’est malheureusement pas de leur ressort.
