Naia Hotel Kuta Lombok

Excellent!

The staff were the best, so helpful, so friendly and trustworthy. The hotel is a cute little boutique one, very clean and the location is excellent.

Where the guests have breakfast can get hot, maybe a couple of extra fans would be good. Although the location is excellent it is right next to a Mosque which starts their praying at 4.30am over a loudspeaker which lasts for 30 minutes, so just keep this in mind as it does wake you up.

I absolutely loved my stay at this small boutique hotel in the centre of Kuta Lombok. The place has such a lovely charm — beautifully designed, clean, and peaceful, yet just steps away from all the restaurants, cafes, and shops. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and genuinely eager to help with anything — from organising scooters and surf lessons to sharing local tips. The owner is wonderful and clearly puts a lot of heart into making guests feel at home. It’s rare to find a place that feels both stylish and so personal. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Lombok!

Amazing stay! The staff were incredible – always kind, helpful, and going above and beyond. The hotel was very clean, organized, and had a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended!
