The uniqueness of the design style and the extremely friendly staff; the pool area was very nice! The linens were nice and clean, as well

The sink faucet was falling apart and leaking on the floor below sink area; the shower faucet was worn away; the shower products were low quality and dispensers covered in paint; the room had paint splatters all over the furniture and walls

Great location, friendly staff. Great aesthetics. Fresh towels everyday. Free unlimited (filtered) water. Breakfast was on time. Great opportunity to experience some Balinese culture

Would have preferred the property to be a little cleaner and neater, but it wasn’t unbearable at all. Limited breakfast options. Leaking aircon unit.
