Grecotel LUXME Oasis at Riviera Olympia & Aqua Park

We visited Grecotel Luxme Oasis for a special family occasion and had a fabulous time - we were a party of 11 spread across three generations. We had two beach villas and a sea view bungalow which were excellent - the beach villas had great views along the beach and across to Zakynthos. The resort is spread out in beautiful grounds with plenty of areas to relax in and plenty for children of all ages to do - there are a number of pools and a beautiful sandy beach - the sunbeds are plentiful in all areas with towels provided. The water park is in a separate area a short walk from the main body of the hotel and is extensive and fun for all. The food is excellent across all the restaurants - the main buffet style restaurant is spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The speciality restaurants are a must (need to book as early as you can) - we ate in all three and the settings, views and food were outstanding. I can't finish the review without mentioning the staff - they were smartly dressed, all exceptional, all very helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I can't remember all their names so can only mention two specifically - Petros in the bar was engaging, very efficient and very friendly, and Maria who greeted us at the restaurant most days was delightful and really helpful in sorting tables for us (we always got a table to fit all 11 of us). Apologies for not mentioning anyone else as they were all excellent. The only caution I would give for anyone who has restricted mobility is that there are quite a lot of steps when moving from area to area - it was no problem at all for any of our party. This is a truly excellent hotel and would certainly come back. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Επισκεφτήκαμε οικογενιακως το Ξενοδοχειο ημερομημιες 8-11 Ιουνιου .Το προσωπικο πολυ ευγενικο κ χαμογελαστοι ολοι(προθυμοι να εξυπηρετησουν).Η Μαρια η οποια ειναι στην υποδοχη πολυ ευγενικη κ απαντησε σε καθε μας απορια.Ο Βαγγελης στο μπαρ καταπληκτηκος.Η Αθηνα και η ομαδα της απ τον παιδοτοπο φοβεροι γεματοι ενεργεια κ πνοη εμπιστοσυνης για τα παιδια μας. Το προσωπικο επισης στο σερβις του φαγητου απιστευτο!ετοιμασαν συγκεκριμεμες μεριδες για τα νηπια μας .Μεχρι κ η κοπελα που καθαρισε το δωματιο μας (στο 105) πολυ καλοσυνατη κ ομορφη ενεργεια!Να μην ξεχασω και τα παλληκαρια που μας βοηθησαν με τις αποσκευες πολυ ευγενεστατοι!ελπιζω να μην ξεχασα κανεναν! Συνχαρητηρια στο manager του ξενοδοχειου για την επιλογη της καταπληκτικης ομαδας! Θα σας επισκεφτουμε ξανα εννοειτε! ΥΣ:Το στρωμα πολυ ανετο,επισης το σαμπουαν και το conditioner τοσο φρουτενιο αρωμα και αριστη ποιοτητα!

Στην αρχη μειναμε στο δωματιο 302 το οποιο μυριζε λιγο κλεισουρα(σαν μουχλα)και το γκαζον ηταν ακουρευτο στον κηπο. Παρολα αυτα μολις το επισυμαναμε στην ρεσεψιον αμεσως στειλαν ανθρωπους να κουρεψουν το γκαζον κ μας αλλαξαν δωματιο. Παρολα αυτα η εντυπωσεις μας ειναι οι καλυτερες . Θα επιστρεψουμε σιγουρα με την πρωτη ευκαιρια!

It was a wonderful experience to spend summer vacation in this hotel! The staff is very polite and welcoming. I was especially impressed by Petros’ service on the bar and the great mood he created during our stay. Same for Angelike - she was so kind while welcoming us at the restaurant! The food was great, the rooms were clean, and the sea was awesome! Love it.

We chose this hotel for our family summer holiday after staying at another Grecotel (Marine Palace) the previous summer. Firstly this hotel is large with 4 Grecotel hotels in total offering different options. Golf carts help to move you around if desired, which made us smile. The Oasis itself is beautiful with 2 different pools and a superb water park. Alexander the lifeguard here is so friendly and fun, always making the guests smile on the yellow slide. The views from around the hotel are stunning, especially the sunsets. The beach is stunning with a shallow and beautifully clear sea which stretches for 3 miles. We walked along this full length and there are places to stop for refreshment if desired. The hotel does have the best part of beach. The food at the main buffet was varied every day with regular theme nights. There are lots of lunch options, the souvlaki and dessert area which provided crepes/waffles/ice cream as well as really good quality kebabs and burgers, was fastest and most convenient. The restaurant here also offers day time Greek 3 course lunch which is also really enjoyable for more formal (yet relaxed) dining. The bars provide a really broad range of drink options with theme nights bi-weekly best cocktail menu & staff we have found in 10+ years of 4 & 5 star all inclusive hotels. The room was spacious, cleaned immaculately and had a free mini bar and nespresso machine which was topped up daily. This was a great touch and was really appreciated when waking in the morning or getting ready to go for dinner. For our daughter’s birthday a beautiful chocolate cake was brought to the room and we were able to arrange a balloon arrangement for a charge. This was easy to arrange. Reception are a capable and helpful team that cannot do enough to help. This was a great choice of hotel and we will find it very hard to consider any other brand of hotel if visiting Greece, after 2 great years.
