Me and my family have just got back from staying at this beautiful hotel! From the moment you get there everything is taken care of! The staff are all very helpful and polite, always asking if you need anything the cleaners are second to none, beds made and fresh towels daily! All toilet and communal areas are very well kept! And the restaurant staff are amazing, our little girl is gluten free and nothing was too much trouble, the chef (Stephanis) would meet her every morning and afternoon and make her anything she asked for, followed by a desert so she didn't miss out he was amazing with both our children! The selection of food was very good and cooked very well too. I could not fault this hotel at all. One downside would be the 3hr transfer to get there but in all honesty it made up for it once we got to the hotel! We had an early morning flight so missed breakfast and we were worried about the kids getting hungry on the transfer, and the hotel very kindly made us a pack up each including a gluten free one for my daughter If you're thinking of staying at this hotel book it now! You won't be disappointed

Сиарый убитый отель. Обшарпаные номера. Хаоаты и тапочки пооучили со скандалом. На ресепгн соврали, что внутренний бассейн теплый, по факту он был холодный. И вот именно за это Booking оштрафовал отель и вернул нам 400 евро. Это о многом говорит. Большая и очень запущенная территория. Когда-то был даже термальный центр, рялом есть источник, но все профукали и узайдакали.

Our stay at Grecotel Oasis was truly exceptional, combining elegance, comfort, and stunning surroundings. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully designed, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Dining was outstanding, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional throughout our stay. A special thanks to Fotini, whose warmth and dedication made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again.
