hotel was new. it was just in front of the sea and room had nice terrace with sea view.Helpful staff

The breakfast had really small choice. The coffee and orange drink were horrible. It was always only one type of fruit. Also, you should be carefully with 1-2 floor rooms located to street, you can hear music from bar across the street till 3 a.m. It was super disappointing as we booked this hotel to stay calm and Bali town is really calm and nice town except this particular location due to the bar. The swimming pool is pretty small. All in all, considering services hotel doesn’t match 4 stars hotel.

i loved the location and the staff was friendly

Great location, when you exit the hotel you are at the beach. Great view from the balcony, we stayed at the last floor and had sea view. Very clean, and no weird smells

In order to start the AC the balcony door needed to be closed, and this was not working ok. I needed to open/close the door multiple times until the AC was finally starting Hotel has a lot of 1 level elevators. in order to reach our room we took 3 elevators and climbed 1 level of staires. This was annoying.

This was a lovely quiet place. Not fancy, but very relaxing and we were made to feel valued customers. The private veranda had wonderful views of the bay. The multi-level design provided a great sense of privacy.

Nothing really. Parking was not ideal, but we were warned of that in advance. A bit difficult to find the place itself with our GPS system. Might be easier at night with the sign lit up and less traffic allowing for more time to look.
