location is excellent, rooms are large, breakfast is nice, staff is nice, great beach, atmosphere overall

the bathrooms suffers smell of sewage

a very good place for relaxing! quiet, with awesome view from the room, amaizing breakfast (a lot of different positions). we were living at the 4th floor and it wasn't the issue for us to use stairs all the time. at night you can hear the sea. close to big cities - Rethimno (~30 min by bus) and Heraklion (~ 1h by bus)

I'm not really like one blanket for two person, but the bed and the blanket were pretty big

difficult stairs to each floor. breakfast a bit hit and miss. no fresh fruit. very tight poolside with insufficient shade.

Everything felt high class and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. In particular, the comfort and design, and sea view of the room, perfect location - great beach and excellent restaurant right outside, and Bali in general; good and varied breakfast, responsive employees.

Hotel staff were great, very helpful, service was excellent and friendly. m, couldn’t have asked for more. Hotel was very clean,room was very comfortable and spacious, fantastic views. All day sun made the balcony very hot from sunrise to sunset.

The only thing is the pool beds. They are limited, and not much space. Pool steps are very high and a bit difficult getting out, but managed. we prefer the pool, but the beautiful beach is on the doorstep so this is always an option if no beds available. This was not an issue and wouldn’t put us off staying again as we got beds
