Hotel Kriopigi

Имаше един мъж сервитьор в ресторанта беше много любезен.

Между вратата на терасата и комарника имаше дупка и влизаха комари, комарника не е от полза, беше много неудобно цяла вечер гонихме комари…

The food was good, the room was clean and lovely. I liked it✅

The gym is small but it’s better than nothing

Overall the hotel was good, the main hotel areas were always spotless and the decor had been done to a high standard. We had a lovely room which seemed to be newly decorated and the sea view was amazing. The cleanliness of the cleaning staff was brilliant, they came each day with fresh towels etc. Now to the other parts, we were all inclusive and on first impressions we were initially happy with the food selection and the option of eating in 2 restaurants...however the top restaurant had a smaller selection, for example you can't get pancakes at breakfast which was the best part. After a day of sussing out the hotel and the facilities we realised if you wanted any pool snacks these were paid for separately and for other drinks these were also an extra charge. There were all inclusive cocktails at the pool bar but they stayed the same and no variation. When it came to the food I think it would be better to class the all inclusive options as full board with drinks....to me all inclusive includes pool snacks and also ice creams. There is a freezer by the bar but these are paid for ice creams. There was no snacks such as crisps etc, there was cake and biscuits at 3pm each day but this consisted of the same cakes available at breakfast so not very exciting. It was also disappointing for children, the holiday ads for the hotel show a lovely play park however we realised this had been taken out and there was also no kids club...if the hotel is preferring this to be an adults hotel then this needs to be advertised clearly. The lady who did the entertainment was lovely and tried her hardest to get people to join in with the evening entertainment. There was karaoke, the best couple game, ouzo bingo and men Vs women.... It is just my opinion but this isn't my idea of entertainment. Most nights we played cards and the children entertained themselves. I would like to say thank you for the lovely lady on reception who greeted us and took us to our room (chrysanth I think?) the reception staff were all really good, we rang one evening and asked about hiring a car and they sorted this and was ready for half 8 the next morning. Also a big positive for me was the spa, I had an amazing foot treatment and full body massage so I would definitely recommend this! If you can get a car or want to travel the area I would recommend Afytos... beautiful 😍 All in all we had a lovely week, but I think there is definitely some things that need attention especially the offering for families with children.
