Hotel Kriopigi

We had a lovely 10 nights at Hotel Kriopigi. We were welcomed by the friendliest and most helpful staff . Everyone that worked there worked so hard with the biggest smiles . Every part of the hotel was kept clean , the food choice was amazing , waiters , pool staff , cleaners , life guard and animation team were just the best . Emilia and Patricia the animation team did a wonderful job playing games and getting everyone involved . They were so friendly towards my girls . Lastly no sunbed wars ! Sunbeds are available all day everyday . Thank you for an amazing holiday .

In general everything was as expected. The staff very helpful and polite, the permits very good, and the comfort in the room was phenomenal. Hotel is very close to the beaches and at the evening you can have e very nice walk in the village. It was very clean hotel, and the room was cleaned every day. The dining area was very clean and well maintained, staff very helpful, Breakfast and dinner was very good, lots of food choice and as expected very delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked two premium rooms with balconies, but one room was not as booked and paid. It was a spacious room, comfortable but not with balcony. I did not found this fair. After two days they offered us to change the room, but we already settled in so it was not worth it any more. I think that we should have been informed on time for this, because when you are not delivered what you expect, it kind of makes you uncomfortable and betrayed.
