Hotel Kriopigi

Great hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff (especially the pool bar staff - Nicoletta). The only downside was the shower which could do with being upgraded, otherwise a brilliant place to stay.

Everything was perfect!! The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and kind too. I liked the pool area and the food and drinks were amazing 🤩

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and eager to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The food had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options, and the service was outstanding. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality of the team, they went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Really nice hotel and is always kept clean. Rooms are spotless and so is the whole hotel. Food is really good quality and lots of selection every night, never got bored of it. The beach is just a short walk away from the hotel and they also offer a shuttle bus service for free which comes every hour, would definitely recommend going to it, it’s beautiful. Also Agora beach is just a short taxi away for €5 which has a really nice beach bar. The reception staff were helpful as were the restaurant staff, always smiling and friendly. The staff at the pool bar were the best, Jessica was always very helpful and smiley. Great hospitality throughout.

Smell of food on the room balcony

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι πολύ καθαροί και είχε άνετους εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς χώρους.

Οι παροχές του δωματίου δεν ήταν για τετραστερο. Π.χ. δεν υπήρχαν αφρόλουτρα, σαμπουάν κτλ αλλά ένα μπουκάλι με το ίδιο υλικό για όλα, από τα χέρια έως το κεφάλι.

Единственото ми хареса обслужването в ресторанта.

Стаята,която резервирах няма нищо общо с тая в която ни настаниха.Беше доста амортизирана,мръсна,мрачна,миришеше на мухъл.Асансьора не се качваше до етажа и се налагаше на ръка да мъкнем бебешката количка.И когато поискахме да ни я сменят с друга по-чиста,заявиха ни,че трябва да доплатим 480 евро(3дена).
