Hotel Kriopigi

We were in this 10 days, room was clean, resraurant and poolbar staff were amazingggg!!! Animation girls very nice, kind, they did very good gob:) We recomended this hotel!

The stuff was really Cool and kind. The hotel was nice and clean. The atmosphere was warm and the service was excellent. I would visit again this wonderful place

Before I went I read the reviews most of them seemed good although there were one or two terrible ones, I just thought fussy people. I should have listened. On arrival reception looked really nice and I thought yes, we have landed lucky, although the reception staff were less than friendly. They were very quick to take the taxes off us and then we were shown to our room. Very basic with a filthy stained carpet. The shower curtain didn’t fit the shower so every time we had a shower the bathroom flooded. We were offered another room but this was much smaller and not much better. The food was the most disgusting I have had anywhere, even breakfast was bad with fried eggs that were like bullets. It was also very repetitive. It’s not really all inclusive either they finish serving drinks at 11pm And all the drinks have been watered down. You can’t have a drink at dinner just wine or beer. The outside area felt very cramped with loungers mainly on a grasses area and not around the pool. I couldn’t wait to leave and I would never ever revisit even for free.

Super nettes Personal im ganzen Hotelbereich. Größtenteils modern eingerichtet. Spa-Bereich direkt im Hotel. Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.

Hotel befindet sich in der Modernisierung. Leider waren wir auf der Etage, welche noch im "alten" Zustand war. Strand zu Fuß zwar erreichbar, aber man sollte lieber den Bus nehmen, da der Rückweg sehr anstrengend ist.

We’ve just come back from a 10 night stay overall a very modern , clean hotel , super friendly staff , great food choices (ok could be kept hotter ), love the all-inclusive cocktail choice, animation girls worked hard lovely girls , young waiter upstairs was so nice & hard working , suits you if you want a quiet holiday lovely beach not far away free shuttle or walk it. Not a lot going on locally but we liked this but other resorts are really close by if you want more life, taxis are very efficient. I recommend looking around all the three peninsula’s lots of beautiful places to see and endless beaches. My only negatives we asked for for twin bedded room for a grown-up son and daughter and despite an email this wasn’t provided. Secondly, whoever built the showers shouldn’t design ever again!. Very welcoming and kind staff, always trying the best to make you feel comfortable. The food buffets on point, large buffet with lots of different dishes. Especially Dinner was very rich in options and tastes. The bar offers a big variety as well, something of everything in the all inclusive, with every drink made with heart from the guys working there. This guy Jim was super in advice and company, really made us feel at home. Same goes to to all the other staff, hard working yet attentive and polite. All in all the place is really good, clean and relaxing. The character made a difference this time. Price(s) very fair to be honest! Thank you for everything.

The fact that we chose to return says everything about the quality and experience this hotel provides. We're already planning our third visit! Avoid this hotel, food disgusting, cold and the same repetitive crap that you wouldn't feed to a dog. We spent a lot of money eating out, this was something we didn't plan on doing. No treats for the kids, we had to buy the ice creams during the day, I thought being all inclusive covered this cost. They do not cater for children. The lifts do not stop on each floor, its a nightmare. You have to go outside the hotel and down a steep hill to get to the pool to avoid all the steps. (82) The horrible man, Christof is so rude, he drops you off at the beach. He actually told me to shut up, as I was 2nd in the queue to get the transport back and he was letting people on before me. The beach was a huge disappointment, not worth the visit. Bar staff were lovely, the life guard always spoke to the kids and was very pleasant. Pavlos in the dinning room always smiled and was lovely to us. The girls that did the entertainment were very pleasant. I would not go back to this hotel, I'm so surprised Jet 2 actually advertise this hotel. Not value for money.

Location is very quiet with not a lot going on, would highly recommend hire a car for a few days to see more beaches and local villages. Hotel is also not too far from airport (1-1.5 hours). Staff are all very friendly behind the bar and in the restaurant and make you feel very welcome. Public beach near the hotel is also very nice and quiet with a beautiful beach bar where drinks and food can be brought. The food is average standard for an all inclusive which my family thought was perfectly good for the duration of our stay but the kitchen does seem to reuse previous meals from other night but that can be expected at an all inclusive. Rooms are modern and clean, however the bathroom situation does bring them down as the shower is very small with a terrible shower curtain which we did not appreciate, as well as that our toilet did leak slightly when we flushed for the duration but that may have been only a problem in our room. The only problems was there was minimal choice of food selection and we found the food to be Luke warm and not kept hot enough due to the lack of heaters and the intensity of the heat bringing the food rating a bit down. Drinks such as beer also felt quite weak and watered down but the all inclusive cocktails were all good. In conclusion, it is a very nice and quiet hotel and you get what you expect for the price you are paying for with only the bathroom and food situation bringing the rating down.
