The rooms had dirty and old cushion covers and the small rug was dusty Bathrooms were small and shower is not meant for people taller than 5 feet and 3 inches View was amazing but there were a lot of ants outside that were coming inside the room and also outside. May be just weather and outdoor Staff was very good There were a lot of steps but worth the view Breakfast was reasonable with friendly staff Overall not worth the amount of money.

The staff does not allow to see anything bad at Ckiffside!!

Quiet location perfect view. wonderful staff. Really felt well looked after. So happy we took our friend’s advice to stay here! Highly recommend.

Amazing views, good central location to Fira and Oia, quiet and comfortable.

Lots of stairs, but that goes with the territory.

The rooms were fantastic and the view was jaw dropping! Always warm welcomes and waves from the staff - make a big difference.

Breakfast selection was limited but still nice! Being Santorini the steps up and down were challenging but it IS literally a cliff side hotel.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación con unas vistas maravillosas, está a un corto paseo al centro. El espacio exterior de la habitación era amplio u cómodo con un yacuzzi propio. El desayuno es bueno. La atención del personal es cordial y amable.

La habitación no tenía lugar destinado para apoyar las valijas, la cama está apoyada a la pared, sin mesas de luz. El baño no tenía separador de ducha por lo que al utilizarla mojas bastante el piso; tampoco hay muchas posibilidades de colgar las toallas de baño. No se puede abrir la ventana porque no tiene privacidad, esto debe ser bastante común en todos los hoteles de la zona por su diseño. El lugar del desayuno es pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes.

Nice rooms although mine was much smaller than my friends yet we booked the same ones . However it was still a lovely room and our view was stunning

All the steps but it was on the cliff so that was expected ! The breakfast options were very limited

Exceptional location and views!

Room was weirdly configured and run down. Stains on walls were unappetizing. Pool is miserably small and so slippery that I fell and hurt myself. The pool is a serious health hazard. It is unacceptably slippery.
