The garden and the view

Upon our arrival, the owner of the property was extremely rude and treated us poorly. When I inquired about our booking, which was supposed to be a deluxe twin room, he told us there was no such room available and gave us an ultimatum: “Stay here or leave.” It was late at night, and we had no other choice but to stay. My father, who is 70 years old, and I felt unsafe due to the owner’s disrespectful and intimidating behavior. The room provided was also very dirty and did not match the description of a deluxe twin room. I have photos to support this. We are very disappointed with this experience.

Great place, visually stunning, clean, etc. A little expensive though! Would have expected a free breakfast option for the price. (I'm a Genius 3 on booking too.)

Good location and nice staff internally but who are suffering from bad external management.

I gave notice that we needed to leave sooner and the hotel management refused to refund for the extra nights I had already paid for. They were advertising a luxury swimming pool. The photo ( which they have since taken down) was for a completely different pool and in fact there has never been a working pool. There is no filtration system, so the maintenance guys, empty it every few day when it gets very dirty again.
