- The cost of the rooms is affordable. - The food provided feels like home-cooked meals. - The rooms are clean and comfortable. - The people around are friendly and pleasant.

- The quantity of food was disappointing. Even though we paid for our meals, the amount served was laughable. We were four adults, but we only received enough food for two people. Despite mentioning this multiple times, the issue persisted. They should be more generous with portions. I did not like this at all. - The service was quite slow. - The swimming pool was very small and poorly shaped. I got hurt twice. - The price of the food was high compared to the quantity and variety we received.

An excellent place with good amenities. Loved the staff, pool and location.

The ac worked well and it's in beautiful Arambol

The staff made me feel extremely unwelcome. I was given a decent discount online, which they were not willing to accept initially and wanted more money for. I had to point out on their page that it said the ac room (they wanted to give me the basic fan only option) and showed the discounts applied by booking.com. I was also woken up to be given a blanket during the night which I found a little odd
