Lack of sun around the pool

Breakfast choice was very good and well presented. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. Elsa was top.

Stayed in a sideview room, the bathroom needed a revamp. Shower head only just reached the fitting and no power. Toilet seat moved everytime it was used, needed replacing.

People reserving Sun beds and then disappearing for hours. Having to climb into the bath to shower. Mattresses too firm and uncomfortable

Fabulous location, all staff extremely helpful, lots of common areas to relax in. Great pool, hardly used except for the sun loungers! Wonderful buffet breakfast with a wide choice. Clean towels. Amazing view of the sea.

Airport transport arranged by the hotel was good but expensive at 70 Euros return (airport is 5 minutes away). The bathroom extractor in our room did not work and the dark grey tiles and grout covered up a mould issue. The staff were very responsive when we raised it with them and cleaned the bathroom thoroughly each day. The extractor needs to be fixed as other feedback suggests it has been an issue for a while (maybe only one room). We would stay again as a lovely hotel and staff.

The location is ideal. It is on the water, close to town and just steps away from the bus station which provides access to the entire island. Service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent (and the breakfast room very lovely).

The room was classified as a "side water view" but you could only see the water from the very edge of the balcony (as if you were hanging over the edge). It really should not be classified as such. The bathrooms are a bit dated.

One of the best hotels on the island, in a great location and the staff are extremely helpful. Huge choice for breakfast and the link to Carnayo restaurant downstairs is really useful - they are excellent.

The only drawback is that the pool area is rather cramped but given the location I doubt there is much that can be done in that regard.

Breakfast outstanding! Staff were fantastic! Location couldn’t be beat.
