The hotel is really nice and offers amazing activities (hiking, pilates, tennis/padel etc.) and services. The location is perfect if you are looking for a more relaxed and less crowded part of the island. With great food options that we found nowhere else on the island.

My wife and I chose this hotel because we were looking for a quiet retreat before having our first child. The adults only & wellness aspect really sold us. We were expecting it to be a relaxing leg of our trip, but some events that happened (listed below) made it not as relaxing as we had hoped 1. The most bothersome issue we faced was that our room was next to the housekeeping area, and there would be random noises of plates clattering at night and voices of people talking from early morning (around 7:30). At first we thought it was our neighbors, which we can’t do anything about, but then we saw that it was all coming from the housekeeping staff. They would talk to each other from across the hall and even from different floors at all hours of the day, which literally woke us up every day. When we found out the reason, we spoke with the reception manager and she did not show any understanding towards us. She said she will speak with them but actually did not solve the issue. We still woke up the next day from the noise. 2. On one of the days we were there, they knocked on our doors at 10:45 pm right as we were about to sleep to do the “turn down” service. 3. There was a stain on the pillow from the first day we checked in, we asked for our sheets to be changed daily and we put the sign on the bed thinking that will solve the stain issue. The stain remained until the day we checked out, even after informing the reception manager. 4. We had booked the garden retreat, and knew that we might encounter some insects, which we did. But we did not think we would find a huge spiderweb with a spider on the ceiling right over where we were sleeping. It’s something that should have been cleaned up by the hotel without us having to point it out. 5. Lastly, our check out time was 11 am. We went to our room at 10:30 am to use the restroom and make sure we didn’t forget anything before checking out only to see that they were already cleaning our room (finally lol).

The whole experience was total luxury. The people working there were so friendly and helpful. There were little touches everywhere to make you feel looked after and relaxed.

The quality of everything and the range of fitness classes.

It has lost some of the woodland around one of the yoga platforms, which was quite disappointing to see.

This is our all time favourite hotel. It was our second time visiting after our honeymoon in 2022, and we looked forward to coming back for so long. The exceptional views, the wonderful staff, the beautiful design and tranquil setting are like nothing else we've ever experienced. We thought the food was even better this time and really enjoyed all the yoga classes. The instructors are really great and there's truly an activity for everyone at all levels. We will 100% come back again!
