Hotel Sunrise Juhu

Never book this hotel. They are a bunch of scammers. They allocated my room to someone else and did not even refund my money. When I reached there midnight after trying to look for hotel for almost an hour, I was shocked that they allocated my room to someone else despite paying them advance!

The hotel is run by a bunch of crooks and criminals. They take advance for booking and then allocate the room to another guest. Please be careful DONOT try this hotel. It was a nightmare experience for me.

Staff was not clear about billing and charging differently

Going by the previous reviews, I was really scared by the facilities and room they'll offer. But the staff and room exceeded my expectations. It was well managed, and great conversation.

They can work on cleanliness, and washroom facilities.

That there was a lift and AC.

For the price you pay, it's literally a roof over your head. The hotel isn't called Hotel Sunrise, its called something else and no rickshaw or taxi can get to it as its down some alleyway that isn't great to walk down, especially as a single female traveler. The boys were okay until i had a guest round for one night. She was also a single female that had just arrived and needed a place to crash, i had already paid for the room for 2 people and he charged me an extra 1000RS for her. The shower pressure was so poor it trickled down the wall and the toilet is so high up, your feet don't even touch the ground.

The room, bed and toilet were clean.

In a shanty area and reached it with great difficulty. No sign board.
