They don't respect the customer properly they are like customer are taken for granted. No proper booking service. If the staff is having communication gap then too it's customers issue not the hotels staff issue.

That Nilesh he is one of the fool not confirming anything more communication gap because of him only. Need to improve your staff and food charges very high they also charge extra money for 1 litre of water bottle as there commission

I just like the bed

I didn't like many things starting with the facilities which were offered on the app where that I would have a bathtub in my room which was not there also the shower was not working properly & toilet flush was also not working..secondly I was provided a small room for which I literally need to argue with the hotel personal to upgrade my room which was done later so overall I would say that I was not being offered the facilities which where mentioned in my plan so why do u all do false commitment & on that basis you charged very heavily as per the facilities which where not offered..& mainly the location address mentioned was not also proper I have wasted more than 1 hr in searching the hotel as ola cab or auto person also didn't know about the address & even the hotel personal was not guiding me properly over the phone..my overall experience was terrible.

Absolutely nothing

To begin with, We were only given 1 out of the 2 books that we had booked because of improper booking done from their part and then made to pay for the extra mattress for the additional guests even though we were forced to stay there with no option of getting any other hotel last minute (when confronted with the fact that its their fault,they told us to take this one room or find another place). Adding to which we got an UNCLEAN room, with the previous guests cigarettes still present, NO RUNNING WATER OR FLUSH, NO HOT WATER, and the intercom didn't work either, and they couldn't be bothered about any of it. The location is also horrible with even uber drivers refusing to enter the narrow lane!! All in all a HORRIBLE experience and I'll never make the mistake of even considering this God forsaken place again.
