We had a room upgrade to a pool room which made our stay that little better

The shower was poor for the calibre of hotel and room.

Handy location with 5 min walk to town

Felt like a retirement resort and we are middle aged and felt young!!! Breakfast is basic and no access to a decent beach frontage to swim

A stunning location right on the sea front. The hotel was spotless and the staff were extremely helpful and lovely. The food was excellent at breakfast and a nice snack bar/lunch by the pool bar. A nice evening meal when we ate there.

Shower wasn’t the best as was in a bath and was set quite low so sort of had to crouch under it.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and a high quality everyday. All the staff are super friendly and really helpful, very knowledgeable on the area and can help with local taxis, tours etc. Went out of their way to offer us two different rooms to choose from on arrival. Was fun that we could all share a room as friends in 3 separate beds.

I have no complaints.

The Ionian Emerald Resort was an incredible property that helped make our visit to Greece one of the best holidays we have experienced. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very accommodating throughout. They assisted with travel bookings and other requests and always had time no matter how small the inquiries were. The room was spacious and cleaned daily and the facilities were kept to a very high standard. The location of the resort looks over a beautiful ocean view with the beach just outside of the property. We could not recommend this property enough.

Facilities, meals, staff were excellent, especially the staff from Reception to Restaurant Staff and Pool Bar Staff.
