Lovely helpful staff, who all went out of their way to ensure guests had a good time. Excellent bar and pool bar (good food at the pool bar) Very accommodating re. allowing us a late stay on the day of departure at no extra charge. Fantastic views from the terrace. Great omelettes for breakfast but best of all - the pool area. Quiet, plenty or room, comfortable sun beds and a gorgeous pool.

Glass bathroom doors. I would have preferred a solid door that you couldn’t see through.

A peaceful family run hotel on the seafront. The property was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. There were always sun beds available and a friendly pool side bar

The hotel is very well located with a small beach just in front with sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is very nice. Walking distance to Sami port by the see. Beach towels available. Rooms are well isolated, without noise.

The rooms were very clean, and each day, beds and towels were changed, as well the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel was replaced. However, the bathroom has a shower cabinet that was not properly cleaned with mold in the corners (something that can be quickly fixed with bleach). It could improve with a proper blackout for the windows.

Lovely modern and clean room. Towels were changed daily to my surprise and beds made. The pool was great, plenty of beds around although I did go at the end of August so perhaps less busy than at it’s peak. Kid friendly. The bar by the pool was great and had good food options. The Cocktails 🍹 were delicious. Very happy with the buffet breakfast, had a variety of milk to choose from, lots of hot and cold options, fresh fruits and nuts, cereals and even the odd cake. Was a 20 minute walk along the beach front to get to Sami, which was pleasant. There is a mini mart opposite. Walkable to Lake Melissani, about 10-15 mins. For this side of the island it’s a convenient hotel for sure. Hotel reception were lovely. Was about 45 mins to/from the airport via taxi and cost €60.

Feel like the rooms might need some maintenance, our shower head bar was loose so could’ve done with being fixed, also there was a leak under the bath which caused a bit of a flood after showering. The gym showers only ran cold 🥶 Would be nice if the hotel sold ice creams at the bar (although know they did offer ice cream bowls). Minor things which didn’t dampen my experience in the slightest.

The breakfast is decent, nice omelette station. Close to Sami and Melisano lake - few mins by car.

In my view, this is definitely not a 5 stars hotel. It is dingy and not that well maintained, the rooms smell (we had to switch the first one as the bath tub was clogged and we found dirty glasses upon arrival) and there is mold in a lot of places. The pool edge is not slippery but it is from such a coarse material that it took the skin off my kid’s palms and soles. Cleaning is daily but superficial. They wipe the pool chairs at end of they and throw some stuff in the pools. I stepped in peach next to a chair. Moldy surfaces. Low water pressure in some places. The ironing of the sheets is… checkout the picture. It was like that every day.
