The view and silence.

The shower cabin. It was even too small for a tiny person and the shower curtain felt unclear. The floor of the bathroom was always wet.

The property has a great location with the beach in front of it. 5 minutes walk from the city center. The beds are very comfortable.

On the way to the hotel, an Opel Corsa vehicle can only pass close enough to touch the walls of the houses. It's that narrow. Although this is not exactly related to the hotel, I wanted to write it for information.

There were curtains in the shower. These curtains are too old-fashioned and not very hygienic.

breakfast: kind of choice & quality is under average extra payment for Air Conditioning is very special & not world standard.............. rather a No-go.... just over the hill, a bit hidden, is a huge PowerPlant.............. producing electricity for the whole island of Samos (working with carbon or coal or gazole.......... (giant CO2 producer) when wind is blowing/coming from East, you can smell the dirty ugly smelling air quickly, starting first at Hotel Sunrise & beach, going towards absolute nice village of Kokari..... for me "killer criteria" for choosing the hotel........ (would call it a shame for this really lovely spot)
