The hotel was exceptionally clean, way beyond my expectations. The view is the best that you could ask for in Samos and all the rooms have a sea view. The breakfast was satisfactory. But again i was more than pleased by how clean the hotel was.

The property has a lovely outlook over the water and is a short walk into town.

The road to get to the hotel is very narrow & difficult to get through, so if you have a car, it’s almost impossible to drive on it. It’s better to leave your car in the main town and walk to the hotel. The sun lounges at the beach in front of the property are owned by a private person who charges between €10-20 they are not free as the advertising suggests.

I think the hotel has the best beach in Kokkari. While the sea at other beaches are very wavy, because of its unique location, here the sea was very calm. The room was very spacious and the view from our balcony was perfect. I loved their idea of Honest Bar. You just take anything from the fridge and write it to your room by yourself.

The most disappointing part for us was the sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach were rented from a very expensive price (10 euro per person). I understand it was nothing with the hotel but still there is very little place left when you don't want to use those sunbeds. The bathroom especially shower was a little bit dated. And it would be nice if they supply toiletries instead of one bar of soap. But the price is very reasonable so this is understandable.
