Amazing view! The beach is one of the best places in Kokkari, even in the windy weather this bay is not so wavy. It's not Sunrise's private beach, you need to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas (the same price with the other beaches). It's location is perfect, you can easily access the city centre by using the stairs as a shortcut. They clean the room and change the towels everyday.

Very simple and old style decoration. There is a narrow road from the street up to the hotel. Even if you have a small car, you need to drive very very carefully. Once you book, they send a message to warn you about the narrow road to the hotel. If you don't have a car they help you to book a proper taxi to take you.

The little balcony and the view was superb.

The hotel felt very tired and staff were not visible. It was an ok place to stay, with the best little beach in town just below. Breakfast was quite skimpy, more like a hostel.
