Staff are wonderful, great location, ATMs in the lobby

Not enough airflow in the room and it was stuffy and hot. Too loud outside to leave the windows open.

Excellent value for what you get. Room very large, even got two comfortable sitting chairs. Good hot water in shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Speak fairly good English. Hotel close to lakeside. Room cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bottled water. Good hot water in shower. Shops and restaurants outside hotel.

Bit noisy at 6.30 due staff getting things ready for breakfast. On a busy junction so traffic noise can be a nuisance at times but not hotels fault.

"Excellent location and staff are very helpful."

The location is excellent for getting to everything but also it a be noisy at night. Noise travels easily through the rooms so other noisy guests can be bothersome if you want to sleep early.
